the Artist
Sara Clegg’s artistic practice is deeply rooted in her upbringing around Abrahamic religions and the influence of her spiritually open-minded parents. This foundation sparked her exploration of how individuals interpret and experience spirituality in unique ways, shaping their perception of the world. Whilst spirituality has historically been centred on religion, globalisation has fostered a growing shift toward holistic and nature-based approaches emphasising the mind, body, and soul. Drawing from both perspectives, Sara’s work merges traditional religious spirituality with contemporary, interconnected beliefs, revealing how the divine can be seen in and through everything.
